Shipping Policy
We are working hard to get our products to you as fast as possible. Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours, for some products please allow 2-3 business days before shipping. For liability reasons with every order an adult signature is required at time of delivery. As soon as the package is shipped the tracking information will me emailed to the email address provided at the time of purchase. You can track your package at UPS.com.

Return / Warranty Information
Most products are warranted against manufacturer defects for 90 days unless otherwise specified. The warranty is void if the item is altered, misused or installed improperly.

All returns must be approved prior to returning the product. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer. To get a return approved please email us through our contact form.

When a return is approved the product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. You, the customer, will pay the additional cost associated with returning the product. The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Returns are subject to a small restocking fee. If you are returning a product for an exchange no restocking fee is charged.

Sales Tax
There will be a 7% sales tax for all orders with a billing or shipping address in Florida.
